Its antimicrobial coating and white housing are designed for use in medical environments. At the same time, IP52 protection and drop resistance from heights of up to 1.8 metres provide the durability required for everyday use. With its ergonomic design and a weight of just 209 grams, the scanner remains comfortable to hold even during extended periods of use. For data capture, the HR23 Dorada AI HC combines Newland’s decoding technology with AI-powered barcode recognition. Computer vision and self-learning capabilities support fast and reliable capture of 1D and 2D barcodes – even when codes are damaged or distorted, or located on reflective or curved surfaces.
